Amarminoen Long Social Run (27 km) 🍦🏃🏻🍧🏃🏼

📍 Entry to Amager Fælled (a few 100 meters from DR Byen Metro Station)

We meet at the entry to Amager Fælled at the big Amarminoen stone.
Then we head into the beautiful Amager Fælled and just follow the Amarminoen route. 
The distance is 27 km and we run at a pace of 6:00 min/km. 

Underway we do some stops where we can get a gel or energy-chew provived by PurePower.

If you need water on the run, remember to bring it with you.

When we get to the end of the Amarminoen at Dragør, Vaffelbageriet will be serving either a soft serve ice cream with sprinkles 🍦 or an old-fashioned waffle cone with one scoop of ice cream, topped with marshmallow fluff or whipped cream and jam 🍧

You arrange your own return trip. Bus 250S goes from Dragør to the city center. Or of course if 27 km isn't enough for you, you can run back home again 😃
